Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation
a. By the Client
Clients may request a cancellation of services by submitting a written notice via email to info@trestiq.in. Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- Before Project Start: Full refund minus payment gateway or administrative fees.
- After Project Start: Billed for work completed; remaining balance refunded.
- Subscription Services: Must cancel at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
b. By TRESTIQ
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services for reasons including:
- Breach of terms
- Non-payment or delayed payments
- Misuse of services
Refunds in such cases are at our discretion based on completed work.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under these conditions:
Non-Refundable Services:
- Discovery & consultation fees
- Work completed and delivered (milestone-based or hourly)
- Third-party licenses, domains, or software purchased on your behalf
Partial Refunds: May be considered if work quality is unsatisfactory and revision options have been exhausted.
Refund Timeline: 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
3. Changes to Services or Scope
Changes to scope after work has begun may affect cost and timelines. These are not eligible for refunds unless agreed in writing.
